ARTICULATED TRUCK MOUNTED AERIAL PLATFORM WITH JIB TJ30
 | DESCRIPTION
TJ30 is an articulated aerial platform with jib that can be mounted on trucks with minimum G.V.W. of 12 tonnes; the most demanded installation is on Renault Midlum 16 ton truck, as it allows the equipment to carry out its best performances and is also extremely compact, just 2350 mm wide.
Able of a maximum working height of 30 m and a maximum outreach of 23 m, the TJ30 has got a safe working load (SWL) of 300 kg (3 operators + tools).
TJ30 is equipped with a multi-area stabilization system that allows the operator to choose between different options depending on the available space; the electronic control system automatically calculates, depending on the opening of the four stabilizers, the safe work area.
The emergency ground controls are given through a remote radio control which enables the operator to monitor from the safest position the equipment.
The rotation of the aerial part is continuous thanks to a slewing ring; the continuous rotation increases sensibly the equipment productivity avoiding any downtime due to the aerial part repositioning.
TJ30 can be equipped with an hydraulic winch mounted on the jib, with 500 kg loading capacity, used once the aluminum basket has been removed.
The rotation of the aluminum basket, with dimensions 2200x900xh 1100 mm hydraulically extendable up to 3200 mm to increase the operational space, is 180° + 180° allowing under-bridge interventions.
